Items must be returned unworn and unwashed in addition to being smoke, deodorant, make-up and damage free. Original tags (if applicable) must be attached & intact.
Final Sale items will not be accepted for return. Final sale items meet one of the following criteria:

Items within our Final Sale Collection/ Seasonal Items (Mardi Gras, Christmas, etc.)
Shoes

How To Make a Return

Return for an exchange:

Please email us and let us know you would like to switch sizes at allaboutyouboutiqueinfo@gmail.com. Please ship the item back to us and once we receive the item, we will ship the exchanged item to you with a shipping charge.

If you are a local customer utilizing our local pick-up, please contact us at allaboutyouboutiqueinfo@gmail.com or 337 560 8355 to inquire about exchanging item(s) or bring your invoice in store to one or our two locations!

Return for a:

Must be postmarked within 10 days from the order fulfillment date.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Once we receive your items, we will issue you a store credit/gift card or credit on our mobile app for the price of the item and applicable tax. Shipping charges are non-refundable

Tracking for your order is emailed to you once your order is shipped out. Tracking updates are available typically within 1 day of shipping out.
We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages, or packages that were sent to the address that was entered in at checkout that the customer failed to correct. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. Then feel free to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service.
