- Items within our Final Sale Collection/ Seasonal Items (Mardi Gras, Christmas, etc.)

How To Make a Return
Return for an exchange:
Please email us and let us know you would like to switch sizes at allaboutyouboutiqueinfo@gmail.com. Please ship the item back to us and once we receive the item, we will ship the exchanged item to you with a shipping charge.
If you are a local customer utilizing our local pick-up, please contact us at allaboutyouboutiqueinfo@gmail.com or 337 560 8355 to inquire about exchanging item(s) or bring your invoice in store to one or our two locations!
Return for a:
- Must be postmarked within 10 days from the order fulfillment date.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Once we receive your items, we will issue you a store credit/gift card or credit on our mobile app for the price of the item and applicable tax. Shipping charges are non-refundable

- Please ensure your items are securely packaged! We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return to our warehouse!

This restocking fee is equal to 20% of the original purchase price or $6/item whichever is greater.

- We ship our products using standard USPS. We will contact you within 24 hours if the item you ordered is sold out or on back order.
- We work to ship out orders the same business day or the next business day after the order has been placed. For holidays, Friday afternoons, weekends, we may take up to 3 business days to ship orders from our warehouse.
- Tracking for your order is emailed to you once your order is shipped out. Tracking updates are available typically within 1 day of shipping out.
- We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages, or packages that were sent to the address that was entered in at checkout that the customer failed to correct. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. Then feel free to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service.
- We are not responsible for return shipping costs when returning items for a refund or for lost returns. We recommend purchasing, tracking and keeping shipping receipts for your records.
