Store Credit

All approved returns are issued as store credit in the form of an electronic gift card.

Your store credit:

Exchanges

Returning Your Package

Please package your return securely.

We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking and keeping your tracking number until your return has been processed.

All About You Boutique is not responsible for returns that are lost, delayed, or damaged while being shipped back to us.

Processing Time

Once your return arrives:

• Returns are processed within 5 business days.

• You'll receive an email once your return has been processed.

• Store credit will be emailed to the address used when placing your order.

Late Returns

Returns postmarked after 10 days from the delivery date may be accepted at our discretion.

If accepted:

• Store credit will be issued.

• A restocking fee equal to 20% of the purchase price or $6 per item (whichever is greater) will be deducted.

Returns received outside the return window are not guaranteed to be accepted.

Items We Cannot Accept

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Worn or washed merchandise

• Altered items

• Items missing original tags (when applicable)

• Items with makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke, pet hair, stains, or odors

• Damaged merchandise due to customer wear

If ineligible merchandise is returned, it may be shipped back to you at your expense.

Shipping Charges

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Packages refused at delivery or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer are not considered returns and may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Once an order has been marked Delivered by the shipping carrier, All About You Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order is lost or stolen after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. If you purchased shipping protection at checkout, please file a claim through the shipping protection provider according to their instructions.
