You’ll often find sizing information listed directly in product descriptions, including the model’s typical size, height, and the size they are wearing in the photos. We also include fit notes whenever an item runs oversized, fitted, stretchy, or true to size.

Because every brand and style may fit a little differently, we always recommend checking the individual product description for the most accurate sizing information and fit recommendations. We hope you love everything you purchase from All About You Boutique! If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help. Please review our return policy below before making a return. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Return Policy at a Glance

• Store Credit Only – We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

• Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the delivery date shown by the shipping carrier.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached (when applicable).

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be postmarked within 10 days of the delivery date.

• Be unworn and unwashed.

• Be free of smoke, perfume, deodorant, makeup, pet hair, stains, odors, or any other signs of wear.

• Have all original tags attached and intact (when applicable).

• Include your packing slip or a note with your name and order number.

Items that do not meet these requirements are not eligible for return and may be returned to you at your expense.

Store Credit

All approved returns are issued as store credit in the form of an electronic gift card.

Your store credit:

• Never expires.

• Can be used online or in-store.

• Includes the purchase price and applicable sales tax.

• Does not include original shipping charges.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

If you need a different size, color, or style:

1. Email us at allaboutyouboutiqueinfo@gmail.com.

2. Mail your eligible return to us.

3. Once approved, store credit will be issued so you can purchase the item or size you'd like.

This ensures inventory remains available and allows you to reorder immediately.

• Orders receiving a total discount of 20% or greater through coupon codes or automatic promotions

• Items purchased using Final Sale coupon codes

Non-Returnable Merchandise

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Every order is carefully inspected before shipping.

If you receive:

• A defective item

• A damaged item

• The wrong item

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item

• Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Claims submitted after 24 hours may not qualify for replacement or store credit.

Returning Your Package

Please package your return securely.

We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking and keeping your tracking number until your return has been processed.

All About You Boutique is not responsible for returns that are lost, delayed, or damaged while being shipped back to us.

Processing Time

Once your return arrives:

• Returns are processed within 5 business days.

• You'll receive an email once your return has been processed.

• Store credit will be emailed to the address used when placing your order.

Late Returns

Returns postmarked after 10 days from the delivery date may be accepted at our discretion.

If accepted:

• Store credit will be issued.

• A restocking fee equal to 20% of the purchase price or $6 per item (whichever is greater) will be deducted.

Returns received outside the return window are not guaranteed to be accepted.

Items We Cannot Accept

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Worn or washed merchandise

• Altered items

• Items missing original tags (when applicable)

• Items with makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke, pet hair, stains, or odors

• Damaged merchandise due to customer wear

• Final Sale items

If ineligible merchandise is returned, it may be shipped back to you at your expense.

Shipping Charges

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• If a return is due to our error, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Packages refused at delivery or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer are not considered returns and may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Price Adjustments

We do not offer price adjustments on previous purchases or items that later go on sale.

Holiday Returns

Unless otherwise announced, our standard 10-day return policy applies during the holiday season.

Any extended holiday return period will be posted on our website when applicable.

Gifts

Gift purchases may be returned for store credit only with proof of purchase.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked Delivered by the shipping carrier, All About You Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order is lost or stolen after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. If you purchased shipping protection at checkout, please file a claim through the shipping protection provider according to their instructions.
