Our models vary in height, size, and fit preference so you can better see how our styles look on different body types. Throughout our website and social media, we include model sizing details whenever possible to help you confidently choose the best size for you.

You’ll often find sizing information listed directly in product descriptions, including the model’s typical size, height, and the size they are wearing in the photos. We also include fit notes whenever an item runs oversized, fitted, stretchy, or true to size.

Because every brand and style may fit a little differently, we always recommend checking the individual product description for the most accurate sizing information and fit recommendations. If you are between sizes or unsure about fit, our team is always happy to help with personalized sizing guidance.

Return Eligibility Requirements

Some items are eligible for a return, please see below for exceptions & rules:

• If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery date.

• Items must be shipped back to us within 10 days of delivery date for exchanges/store credit.

• Items must be returned unworn and unwashed in addition to being smoke, deodorant, make-up and damage free. Original tags (if applicable) must be attached & intact. Please include invoice in package. 

• Final Sale items will not be accepted for return. Final sale items meet one of the following criteria:

1. Items within our Final Sale Collection/ Seasonal Items (Mardi Gras, Christmas, etc.) (any item in our sale collections)

2. Shoes

3. Intimates (i.e. Self-Adhesive Bras, Bodysuits), Face Masks, and Jewelry

4. Hats and Beanies

5. Any items marked 20% off or more at time of sale.

6. Coupon codes used 20% off or more.

7. Final sale coupon code items

How To Make a Return

Return for an exchange:

Please email us and let us know you would like to switch sizes at allaboutyouboutiqueinfo@gmail.com. Please ship the item back to us and once we receive the item, we will ship the exchanged item to you with a shipping charge sent via Paypal.

If you are a local customer utilizing our local pick-up, please contact us at allaboutyouboutiqueinfo@gmail.com or 337 451 5901 to inquire about exchanging item(s) or bring your invoice in store. 

Return for a:

• Must be postmarked within 10 days from the order fulfillment date.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. 

• Once we receive your items, we will issue you a store credit/gift card or credit on our website for the price of the item and applicable tax. Shipping charges are non-refundable

Return for store credit/gift card:

• Must be postmarked within 10 days from the order fulfillment date.

• Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Manually Mailing a Return

• Please ensure your items are securely packaged! We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return to our warehouse!

• Return for store credit must be postmarked within 10 days of the order fulfillment date.

• Return shipping costs for manually mailed returns are the customer’s responsibility.

• Please provide either the original receipt or include a piece of paper with your name and order number in the package.

• Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt, and you will be e-mailed when we process your return!

• Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable.

• If an ineligible item(s) is returned to us:

1. Returns postmarked after 10 days from the order fulfillment date will only be issued store credit and are subject to a restocking fee as long as these items are otherwise able to be resold (not worn, damaged, stained, etc.). This restocking fee is equal to 20% of the original purchase price or $6/item whichever is greater.
