We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking and keeping your tracking number until your return has been processed.

All About You Boutique is not responsible for returns that are lost, delayed, or damaged while being shipped back to us.

Processing Time

Once your return arrives:

• Returns are processed within 5 business days.

• You'll receive an email once your return has been processed.

• Store credit will be emailed to the address used when placing your order.

Late Returns

Returns postmarked after 10 days from the delivery date may be accepted at our discretion.

If accepted:

• Store credit will be issued.

• A restocking fee equal to 20% of the purchase price or $6 per item (whichever is greater) will be deducted.

Returns received outside the return window are not guaranteed to be accepted.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Once an order has been marked Delivered by the shipping carrier, All About You Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order is lost or stolen after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
