• If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery date.

• Items must be shipped back to us within 10 days of delivery date for exchanges/store credit.

• Items must be returned unworn and unwashed in addition to being smoke, deodorant, make-up and damage free. Original tags (if applicable) must be attached & intact. Please include invoice in package. 

• Final Sale items will not be accepted for return. Final sale items meet one of the following criteria:

1. Items within our Sale Collection/ Seasonal Items (Mardi Gras, Christmas, etc.) (any item in our sale collections)

2. Shoes

3. Intimates (i.e. Self-Adhesive Bras, Bodysuits), Face Masks, and Jewelry

5. Any items marked 20% off or more at time of sale.

How To Make a Return

Return for an exchange:

Please email us and let us know you would like to switch sizes at allaboutyouboutiqueinfo@gmail.com. Please ship the item back to us and once we receive the item, we will ship the exchanged item to you with a shipping charge sent via Paypal.

If you are a local customer utilizing our local pick-up, please contact us at allaboutyouboutiqueinfo@gmail.com or 337 451 5901 to inquire about exchanging item(s) or bring your invoice in store. 

Return for a:

• Must be postmarked within 10 days from the order fulfillment date.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. 

• Once we receive your items, we will issue you a store credit/gift card or credit on our website for the price of the item and applicable tax. Shipping charges are non-refundable

Manually Mailing a Return

• Please ensure your items are securely packaged! We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return to our warehouse!

• If an ineligible item(s) is returned to us:

Returns postmarked after 10 days from the order fulfillment date will only be issued store credit and are subject to a restocking fee as long as these items are otherwise able to be resold (not worn, damaged, stained, etc.). This restocking fee is equal to 20% of the original purchase price or $6/item whichever is greater.
