Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the delivery date shown by the shipping carrier.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached (when applicable).

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be postmarked within 10 days of the delivery date.

Be unworn and unwashed.

Be free of smoke, perfume, deodorant, makeup, pet hair, stains, odors, or any other signs of wear.

Have all original tags attached and intact (when applicable).

Include your packing slip or a note with your name and order number.
Items that do not meet these requirements are not eligible for return and may be returned to you at your expense.
Store Credit
All approved returns are issued as store credit in the form of an electronic gift card.
Your store credit:

Never expires.

Can be used online or in-store.

Includes the purchase price and applicable sales tax.

Does not include original shipping charges.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
If you need a different size, color, or style:

Mail your eligible return to us.

Once approved, store credit will be issued so you can purchase the item or size you'd like.
This ensures inventory remains available and allows you to reorder immediately.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Every order is carefully inspected before shipping.

Claims submitted after 24 hours may not qualify for replacement or store credit.
Returning Your Package
Please package your return securely.
We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking and keeping your tracking number until your return has been processed.
All About You Boutique is not responsible for returns that are lost, delayed, or damaged while being shipped back to us.
Processing Time
Once your return arrives:

Returns are processed within 5 business days.

Store credit will be emailed to the address used when placing your order.
Late Returns
Returns postmarked after 10 days from the delivery date may be accepted at our discretion.
If accepted:
Returns received outside the return window are not guaranteed to be accepted.

If ineligible merchandise is returned, it may be shipped back to you at your expense.
Shipping Charges

If a return is due to our error, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Packages refused at delivery or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer are not considered returns and may be subject to additional shipping charges.
Price Adjustments
We do not offer price adjustments on previous purchases or items that later go on sale.
Holiday Returns
Unless otherwise announced, our standard 10-day return policy applies during the holiday season.
Any extended holiday return period will be posted on our website when applicable.
Gifts
Gift purchases may be returned for store credit only with proof of purchase.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked Delivered by the shipping carrier, All About You Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order is lost or stolen after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. If you purchased shipping protection at checkout, please file a claim through the shipping protection provider according to their instructions.
