10 day exchange policy in-store and online/App. 

Purchased items must be shipped back within 10 days.  Items are only eligible for return if: All items are unworn, unwashed, show no signs of damage, free of odor, pet hair and original tags are still attached. NOT a sale item. NO refunds. 

All SALE items/seasonal are final SALE no exchanges or returns.

We are not responsible for items lost in transit. We suggest mailing USPS along with a tracking number.

Once we receive your items we will issue you in store credit or credit on our mobile app for the price of the item and applicable tax. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

We ship our products using standard USPS. all products, usually ship out within 24-48 hours. We will contact you within
24 hours if the item you ordered is sold out or on back order.

Our flat rate shipping fee is $8.00 - $10.00 for purchases!

We do not ship internationally at this time.
